Start by steaming Cauliflower floweret’s leaving them still a little crunchy.
Now put them in a casserole dish with about a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon (or more) of Olive Oil. Now add Italian seasoned bread crumbs—enough to coat, but not too much.
Bake in a 350o oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
I also sometimes add fresh Green Beans to this dish.
